6 easy & must try peach recipes for summers

 Summer fruit peach is one of my favorite fruits and I love having it in all ways. My recipes with peaches are an epitome for the same. This summer season I have celebrated summers with the best summer fruits like apricots, peaches, cherries, plums, mosambi, mangoes, lichi and more by sharing some amazing summer recipes in my summer recipe series. 

This summer season I have shared a total of 6 best, easy and must try peach recipes that even a beginner can make. Only 1 recipe requires baking rest all are so easy and delicious peach recipes that anyone can make. Serve them to your guests and they will love each and every one of them.

GLUTEN-FREE PEACH COBBLER RECIPE -


This dish from the United Kingdom has become my favorite and I have already made it a few times and I absolutely love it. The gluten-free version of peach cobbler, I am sure is no less than a regular peach cobbler version. I have never tried this recipe in the UK, but I am sure my recipe is very close to the original peach cobbler by someone from UK who is an expert and have grown up eating it and baking it.

All you need it the following ingredients -


For peaches base


4 medium ripe peaches (I have taken semi-ripe peaches), chopped

Jaggery powder, to taste

3 Cloves

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp semi soft butter

A pinch of salt


For the cake layer


2 cups oat flour

8-10 tbsp rice flour

2 tsp baking soda

1.5 tsp baking powder

1.5 tsp dry ginger powder

A pinch of salt

Condensed milk, to taste

water, to make batter

4 tbsp ghee

Mixed berries Greek Yogurt for serving

PEACH SORBET RECIPE -

I had no idea sorbets are so creamy and amazing to taste with just 2 ingredients and this masala sprinkle on top just steals the show. It is an absolute perfection. I am happy that I decided to make my first sorbet with peaches. You have to try this recipe because this sorbet recipe is just 2 ingredients and the process too is exceptionally simple. All you have to do is freeze the fruit and then blend it. Yes, it's that simple.

2 peaches, deskinned, chopped and frozen

Honey, to taste


For garnish


Tulsi spring

For masala sprinkle on top - Chaat masala, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder mix

HONEY ROASTED PEACHES WITH ROSEMARY -

I have served these amazingly honey glazed, ghee roasted peaches with salted caramel ice cream with tequila, and this combination was so great that I will recommend you try both of my recipes. This honey roasted peaches are a perfect dessert for those who crave sweet treats after dinner or even lunch as this ghee roasted peaches with rosemary is indulgent and healthier than the regular sweet that you might indulge giving you no fiber or taste whatsoever.

All you need is the following ingredients -

1 peach, sliced in half moons

2-3 tbsp honey (or as per taste)

1 tsp cinnamon powder

2 tbsp ghee

A dash of water

5-6 rosemary leaves, chopped

A pinch of salt


For garnish 


1 tbsp roasted almonds, chopped

1 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds

A rosemary spring

HOMEMADE OAT GRANOLA WITH FRESH PEACHES & GREEK YOGURT -

Making healthy breakfast daily seems like a big task especially on a rush morning when nothing seems to work. Make a big batch of homemade granola with your favorite nuts, seeds and dried fruits of choice and at least a great breakfast is sorted to start your not-so-great day.

To make the best non-sweet oat granola at home all you need is your favorite ingredients of choice. I am using the following ingredients - 



For Oats Granola


1 cup rolled oats

0.5 tsp ghee to grease the baking tray

A few pinches of salt

Half a cup desiccated coconut

Cranberries

Black raisins

Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Melon seeds

Watermelon seeds

Almonds

Pistachios

Flax seeds

1.5 tsp cinnamon powder


For breakfast granola bowl and garnish


A Tulsi spring

1 Peach, Sliced in half thin moons

Salted caramel

Greek Yogurt

MANGO PEACH SALAD WITH SOY DRESSING -

This salad tastes so good. Trust me when I say this because this sweet honey soy dressing with natural sweetness and tanginess of mangoes and peaches goes so well with the creamy cheese and olive bites that changes everything that is going on in your mouth. It is so good and it tastes best when eaten cold. Try this salad before peaches and mango season comes to an end.



All the ingredients that you need to make this are


For mango peach salad 


1 peach, diced

1 mango, diced

2-3 small red tomatoes, diced

6-7 black olives, pitted and sliced

Half a cucumber, diced

1 cube grated cheese

4-5 pickled red onion rings, chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

2-3 white pepper, freshly crushed

Freshly chopped coriander leaves


For soy honey sesame salad dressing


3 tbsp Soy sauce

Honey, to taste

2 tbsp white sesame seeds

1 tbsp oil

A pinch of Salt or to taste

QUINOA FRUIT SALAD -

I absolutely love everything sweet and gluten free and obviously healthy. This salad recipe with 5 best summer fruits is one such recipe that you can eat as breakfast, as snack, as a dessert or as a dessert dinner. This is so tasty and with the goodness of quinoa that you will make it on repeat. I really like the texture of this salad because of different fruits and a bite that quinoa has makes this a great salad recipe that is easy to make and is healthy.


All you need to make this healthy quinoa salad is -

Half a Mango, diced

1 medium Peach, diced

Half a cup pitted cherry

Half a cup quinoa, boiled

Half a cup pomegranate seeds

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp melon seeds

1 tsp dried cranberries 

1 tsp dried black raisins 


For the dressing


Juice of 1 mosambi

1 tbsp honey 

1 tsp cinnamon powder 


For garnish

Extra pumpkin, melon, and pomegranate seeds with 1 whole cherry
