This recipe is minimum effort and so tasty that it is just 2 ingredients dessert is hard to believe. While consuming it, it was so creamy and tasty that you will not feel like it is a sorbet. If you serve it to your guest, they will definitely think that this recipe must have required so many efforts and ingredients, but it is just 2 ingredients peach sorbet. So rich, so tasty and that masala sprinkle on top just steals the show because it adds a beautiful symphony on your palate cutting the sweetness in a good way.

Mostly sorbets are also made using an ice cream maker, but this recipe is a quick and easy version to make sorbets at home. Because no one should miss the fun of having the best recipes even though they don't have fancy gadgets at home. Every recipe has an easier version that is equally tasty. For instance, all my ice cream recipes are without ice cream maker, and they are so rich and addictive with a twist of alcohol in them that makes them so personal and so good. You can try my ice cream recipes like coffee ice cream with vodka or kesar pista ice cream or persimmon ice cream recipe. All these are amazing and fun to have.

This recipe is episode 21 in my summer recipe series, and I am making the most of peaches. One of my favorite summer fruits and it is so versatile that you can use it to bake cakes, ice creams, sorbet like this one, have it just like that for breakfast with homemade oat granola or roast the peaches and have them with ice cream like I did in my honey roasted peaches with rosemary recipe. For more amazing summer recipes with peaches from my summer recipe series, you can check gluten-free peach cobbler, mango peach salad with soy dressing, and honey roasted peaches with rosemary recipe.

These juicy, fibrous and immunity booster fruit has other benefits. Like it is rich in Vitamin A, C and K and are rich in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties as well. The list of benefits of peaches is long enough so if you don't like then eating raw then try having them in this fancy way with above mentioned recipes and I am sure you will love them. This peach sorbet recipe gives you the creamiest and the most delightful peach sorbet ever.

This 2-ingredient peach sorbet requires honey and frozen deskinned peaches and strong blender, and your sorbet is ready without an ice cream maker. No fuss, no long list of ingredients just 2 ingredients peach sorbet with a little freezing time, and you get the best and easy summer dessert to indulge in. The difference between sorbet and slushy is that sorbet uses fresh ingredients that is frozen whereas slushy is semi-frozen drink with can carbonated or non-carbonated and uses frozen ice with a liquid flavor like syrup or any juice that can be sipped. It is both be sipped and can be eaten with a spoon.

Ice creams, sorbets, dole whip, slushy and many more frozen delights are what makes summer season a great one. I enjoy my fair share of ice creams during the summer season every year. This fiesta continuous from winter season sometimes especially with ice creams and I simply love eating ice creams in winters. Cold is cold has its own delight. But this summer season in my ice cream madness sorbets and dole whip have joined in and I am happy for my YouTube journey that I get to make and bake such amazing recipes and try them at home. Simply grateful.

INGREDIENTS -

For peach sorbet

2 peaches, deskinned, chopped and frozen

Honey, to taste

For garnish

Tulsi spring

For masala sprinkle on top - Chaat masala, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder mix

METHOD -

1. Deskin and slice peaches and freeze them overnight. The next day blend these frozen peaches with sweetener of choice. I am using honey here.

2. The blending will take some time as peaches are rock solid. So be patient. You might have to open the blender a few times to centralize the contents. But it will reach there.

3. Once it is a super smooth paste you will notice that it has turned into a pourable liquid consistency. Transfer it to a bowl with a lid and freeze it again.

4. You can freeze it for 4-5 hours covering the prepared sorbet and then scoop out and enjoy with a masala sprinkle on top.

5. To make masala sprinkle simply mix chaat masala, salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder and sprinkle it generously over the scooped sorbet. Garnish with a tulsi spring and indulge in this sweet, creamy peach sorbet.

Note - Do not panic and add water to the blender while blending. It will take some time and scraping of the sides of the blender to reach a smooth texture.

The bowls that I swear by are both microwave and dishwasher safe and have a lid that makes my work easy to make sorbets. The Cello Ornella toughened glass mixing bowl with premium lid are the best pick for this recipe.
