Making my own salted caramel was a challenge but making an ice cream is not a challenge anymore. Because I love making my own alcoholic version of my favorite ice cream flavors. And this one is with tequila. I made two batches of salted caramel without any actual measurements and eyeballing the ingredients and without any temperature checker and both the times, results were great, but they were different. That's why some recipes do require measurements but as stubborn as I can be, I will continue not to complicate a recipe and use a mother way of doing things because I have got the eyeballing measurements skills from my mother.
