Overnight tiramisu oats | Glutenfreewhisk

As I have mentioned in so many of my breakfast recipes that overnight oats will always be my favorite breakfast. The variations and flavors that you can have is just marvelous. And the ease with which they can be fixed is even better. For the longest time I skipped breakfast and only use to have coffee to start my morning with but now I rarely miss breakfast. Even though I have only a few handfuls of breakfast options on a regular basis, but I like eating these handful of options on repeat. I also like oil free meals and having salads and breakfasts like these makes it possible. And I love coffee so this tiramisu overnight oats were an absolute delight. As fancy as the name sounds, there are no difficult or complicated ingredients (mascarpone cheese or cream cheese or ladyfingers) required to fix this creamy, intoxicating (because of the coffee and its aroma) breakfast recipe.

I am using Greek yogurt to make these overnight tiramisu oats, but you can use thick curd or vegan curd of choice. If you regularly make overnight oats, then you know the process and it follows the same of soaking oats and chia seeds first and then combining rest of the ingredients. I am serving my overnight oats in a glass, but you can use the specific overnight oats jars available with spoon. To buy them online from Amazon, you can check, the better home overnight oats jar with a wooden lid and spoon. Pack of two, each being 680 ml. They are quite handy and multipurpose.

In this recipe of tiramisu overnight oats, I am using filter coffee while soaking the oats in coffee concoction, but you can use instant coffee powder and make it as strong as you like it. Also, my coconut milk has cinnamon in it before making my fresh coconut milk at home, I have just powdered some cinnamon sticks and have used the same blender jar to make coconut milk. You can use any milk of choice. I am only adding sunflower seeds but if you love to add more nuts and seeds then you are free to do so. The more seeds and nuts the merrier the crunch.

If you love overnight oats here are some more overnight oats recipes with a great deal of variations. I have made them without curd/ yogurt. For example, you can check my recipe of overnight oats with fresh fruits (strawberries and persimmons). I have made them as smoothie bowl with toppings. You can check the recipe overnight oats with chia smoothie bowl, and I have also made Princess Diana's oatmeal breakfast inspired citrus overnight oats. With the variety of overnight oats recipe, you can see how much I make them. I also love to eat hot oatmeal which I make savory and the must to have ingredients in it are desiccated coconut and any dried berries. I make a lot of variations in this quick hot oatmeal recipe as well. Like sometimes I add leftover night's dal and cook my oats in it. It tastes amazing.

I swear by yogabar gluten-free, GMO free rolled oats and they are prefect for this recipe. Oats are naturally gluten-free but if you check behind every pack available in market allergen warning says may contain gluten or may contain wheat. So, I prefer oats or any other food item that mentions that it is gluten-free. Be it chips, rice paper, or anything at all.

If you love tiramisu or pick me up, then I have shared a gluten version of tiramisu recipe with my own ladyfinger recipe in it as well. I shared it in 2019 or 2020 so you can check it out. If you love coffee, then tiramisu dessert or these easy and healthy overnight tiramisu oats recipe will become your favorite. If you have tried tiramisu then you know how indulgent it is and these breakfast tiramisu oats are equally indulgent.
