Overnight oats chocolate chia smoothie bowl | Glutenfreewhisk

Talking of breakfast options or breakfast recipes and oats don't top the list, that's not even an option. For a lot of people overnight oats are time saver and a healthy breakfast option that can be fixed a day prior. Especially for working people living alone and have less time in the morning to fix a meal for themselves. Oats for breakfast is so common that having new recipes and variations is a necessity to make your taste buds feel good.

You can use fresh oats and soak them overnight but for this recipe I have used the oats left after making oats milk. Because when making oats milk at home is so easy and quick then you have a lot of grinded oats let behind. One way to use the left-over oats after making oat milk is this fibrous and super delicious and chocolaty overnight oats smoothie bowl. The smoothie bowl toppings are just the best adding crunch to the smoothie bowl. I have soaked them overnight with the other mentioned ingredients below. The recipe turned out to be one of the best breakfast options for all those who love to start their day with a sweet breakfast. And this sweet breakfast is a healthier version as I have added no sugar in this recipe and have replaced the sugar with pitted dates. The balance of this recipe in terms of texture, sweetness and the crunchiness is just perfect.

A good source of carbohydrates and fiber and when you add seeds like chia, pumpkin, melon seeds you add up the fiber content, the good fats and essential fatty oils that provide you with energy all day long and keep you full for long hours.

You can also try my apple pie oats breakfast recipe that is also a healthier, yet fancy take on humble oats. I am calling oats as humble as these are really a regular breakfast option for me. They are easy to make, and I can start my day with something sweet.

If you like to start your day with savory breakfast, then my bajra poha recipe is a great way to start your day with. Its yummy, fulfilling, scrumptious and a quick breakfast recipe. I use Two brothers organic farm bajra poha and it is really good. Diabetes friendly with low GI.
