A lot of people these days are freezing immunity drink as ice cubes and consuming it with hot water. You can do the same and not dilute the liquid after blending it. If you do not prefer concentrated shots, then diluting it and consuming it with hot water is a good alternative. You can use large ice cube silicon tray with lid that comes handy for this purpose. Although, I have added water to dilute them a little and consume them directly. The choice is yours.

Choose yourself and prepare your meals in advance so that you can have less excuses of not been able to cook and eat at home. INGREDIENTS - 

3 Amla, roughly chopped

1 cm fresh ginger, roughly chopped

Some fresh mint leaves

Some coriander stem, roughly chopped

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 cup water


METHOD - 


1. Blend all ingredients together with water. Strain this blended mixture through a sieve. Make sure you squeeze all the juice out.


2. Enjoy the ginger amla immunity shots just like that.
