Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Chocolates are almost everyone go to sweet cravings and for my pure love for chocolates I am sharing this beautiful Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe with you. Its a simple chocolate cake with super thick layer of Chocolate Ganache icing that makes it more tempting. Dark Chocolates are healthy as they are rich in antioxidants and help your heart to stay healthy. So opting dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate will let you have less guilt and you can enjoy the dessert more.

Cakes with egg or without egg does not make much of a difference, yes cakes with egg have a slight different rise and fluffiness and eggless cakes sometimes become less fluffy but it also depends on the ingredient you are using to substitute the egg with, as I have opted for thick Yogurt and I personally like eggless cake so I have made the same.

Its a beautiful recipe so try it out, treat yourself with a home baked cake and enjoy it  anytime.
