Well, I have a perfect recipe for all your problems and yes its full of energy to start your day with. Pancakes are something that can be customized and they will never disappoint you😛😛. Made from just few ingredients that are a blast of protein, carbohydrates and sugar which are essential for us and our body. So do not think for a minute more and head to your kitchen and indulge in this blissful sweetness.
Recipe:
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 8-10 mins
Makes: 9 Pancakes
Ingredients:
For Batter:
100 gms Oats
50 gms Wheat Flour
1 Whole egg
200 ml Milk
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 tspn Cinnamon Powder
8-9 drops Vanilla essence (Optional)
1 Fistful Dark Chocolate Chips
Butter to Toast in Pan
To Serve:
Chocolate Chips
Cherry Compote
Honey/ Maple Syrup
Method:
Bananas and pancakes with chocolate syrup to serve is a great combination.
If you want to avoid chocolate use nuts of your choice for garnish.
You can use any compote/ fruits to serve with the pancakes, like I have used cherry compote.

Method:
- Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl except the butter, and make a nice lump free batter.
- In a non stick pan add a good quantity of butter, and pour two tbsp of batter for each pancake. You can make 4 pancakes at a time in a regular size pan.
- Cook the pancakes from both sides until light golden and done.
- Serve hot with a nice drizzle of honey/maple syrup, some chocolate chips and spoonful of cherry compote.
